Success4All Awarded £18,477 Grant from People’s Postcode Trust

We are delighted to announce that Success4All has received an £18,477 grant from People’s Postcode Trust, a grant-giving charity, funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

The grant we’ve received will continue to support our mission of engaging, equipping and empowering children, young people and families in the North East of England.

By training 100 young volunteers, aged 16-25, from Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority communities into the role of peer tutor and befriender to their younger peers, the grant will directly enhance the prospects of all the young people involved.

Caroline Afolabi-Deleu, Founding Director of Success4All, said: “We are truly over the moon that Postcode Lottery has decided to fund the engagement, training and placement of 100 young volunteers from BAME communities to be positive role models to their younger peers in our Learning Hubs, Clubs and Summer Schools.”

To fight educational inequality, Success4All runs Learning Hubs, Clubs and Summer Schools across the region, enabling children to achieve their full potential.
