Chloe Sutton, our Youth Worker and STAND4 facilitator is also up for ‘The Key Exceptional Facilitator’ award for the outstanding work she has been doing with our youth group.

Time and again, Chloe has demonstrated her commitment to empowering and inspiring young people to be the best they can be.

First formed in 2012 as WEYDA, STAND4 has transformed itself into one of our region’s most unequivocally outspoken youth groups who are keen to tackle societal issues head-on.

This year, the group decided to raise career aspirations amongst Black and Ethnic Minoritised young people by launching the ‘STAND4 Podcast: Change for the better’ – a podcast for young people by young people which was kindly funded by The Key.

In each episode, the group is joined by a special guest who shares their story and journey to success.

What makes this podcast unique is the young people’s perspective and hard-hitting questions that many journalists often shy away from asking.

It is this specific Key project which caught the eyes of The Key Awards as they were impressed with the group’s planning and execution of the podcast and launch event.

Each nomination is a testament to the group’s hard work and effort over the past 6 months.

All of us at Success4All send our very best wishes to STAND4 and Chloe.

No matter the outcome, we’re all incredibly proud of you all!
