Pride in our Award Winning Volunteer!

by Emily Wastel on February 6, 2013

Abdul becomes the pride of Newcastle with his selfless passion for tutoring, move over Ant and Dec, it is people like Abdul who need to be truly celebrated in the community!

17-year old Abdul from Benwell received the Princess Diana Award for being a Diana Champion Volunteer due to the passion he demonstrates at our Learning Hubs.

This is why we are all so proud!

The Diana Award was established in 1999 as a lasting legacy to Diana, Princess of Wales’ belief that young people have the power to change the world. The Award exists to celebrate young people who support others and strive to improve their communities. Young people receive the Diana Award for demonstrating the qualities associated with the late Princess – compassion and a selfless commitment to improving the lives of others.

This award represents all that we are trying to achieve and believe in at Success4All so it is great to see our volunteers getting the recognition they deserve for what they do at our learning hubs.

Well done Abdul!
